Jr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis process for our enterprise company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.) to analyze financial performance, forecast future trends, and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to gather data and translate financial information into actionable insights.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely through presentations, reports, and other means.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify root causes of issues.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and building complex models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
