The role includes:
Lead strategic and financial planning processes for CS department (e.g. Monthly Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Term Plan)
Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
Prepare financials CS LT-level reviews
Establish clear guidelines for the business compliance and best practise continuity
Manage CS cost target and CS P&L
Ensure all financial deliverables and deadlines are managed accurately and timely
Ensure a positive collaboration across CS and Finance teams
Seek opportunities to improve and standardize existing processes
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Deliver best in class financial information and analysis, providing timely, sound and clear financial analysis of current results and insights on impacts to future performance of CS department.
Summarise the financial trends across businesses, geographies, and capabilities into CS LT level executive summaries.
Maintain a robust control environment that adheres to our compliance standards and embeds best practice across the business.
Planning and forecasting work closely with business leaders across to orchestrate the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Control processes
Ad Hoc projects lead ad hoc analyses and run projects to assist stakeholders & leadership with decision making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or other related field;
3 years+ experience in a similar role;
Proven ability to be an effective communicator;
Balance attention to detail with rapid execution;
Financial modeling and analytical skills;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of SQL is preferred;
Knowledge of financial systems e.g. SAP and Hyperion SmartView;
Able to recognize errors in own work and that of others;
Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results;
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English;
Organized, proactive and results oriented.
