Job Title: Electronics Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, hands-on and result-oriented Electronics Engineer to leverage technology in support of legacy and in-production control system. As an Electronics Engineer, your day-to-day functions will include designing and developing hardware and software with an initial focus in Motion and Operation Control Sub System, setting up tests for evaluating the performance of hardware, and assisting in the creation of drawings for manufacturing of new parts. You will also support supply management with electrical and electronics component issues and Value Engineering activities related to Drives, Door Controllers and Motion sub system. Additionally, you will research, develop and implement "form fit function" replacement for electrical and electronic components that are obsolete or unavailable, support cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives, investigate "Field Turn Backs" and perform root cause failure analysis of electrical, electromechanical and electronic parts and circuitry, and create and update Controller Spare Parts Leaflet and related documents.
