SummaryThe Jr. Database Coordinator position is responsible for executing and maintaining database and CRM processes for Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Nets. The position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of CRM & Business Intelligence.Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Support development, implementation and maintenance efforts pertaining to CRM and its various components;* Monitor CRM processes to promote data integrity; * Provide input for system architecture changes;* Investigate and support efforts to solve system-wide technical problems;* Maintain advanced finds and marketing lists for accurate lead distribution and analysis;* Assist in the continued development and analysis of the customer and prospect databases;* Assist in developing segmented direct mail, email and telemarketing campaigns leveraging all data assets to support initiatives of sales team, finance, marketing and partnership;* Optimize and execute customer response through integrated and segmented campaigns;* Analyze and leverage ticket holder demographic and geographic data to create buyer profiles;* Ensure prompt opportunity creation in CRM to optimize sales efforts for both new sales and retention programs;* Monitor and leverage event synergy reports to identify cross promotional opportunities;* Monitor both sales and marketing campaign results, making dynamic adjustments as necessary; * Utilize research and data manipulation techniques;* Edit and maintain custom queries within SQL server environment;* Leverage excel capabilities for efficient and effective data manipulation;* Interpret data visualizations; * Assist in developing qualitative and quantitative research programs;* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned;Education and/or Experience * Bachelor's degree, preferably in statistics, economics, finance or mathematicsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities * Technically proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)* Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform preferred * Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies * Familiarity with SQL Server, R-Studio or Python a plus * Keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills;* Flexible and reliable standout colleague, always acting in the best interest of their department and the company as a whole * Ability to create and maintain productive, positive relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills * Demonstrates a strong ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives;Travel RequirementsMay be required to travel on rare occasions (Work EnvironmentWorks primarily in an office environment but may be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity ("EEO") Employer. Reporting to the ASAP Director, the ASAP Administrative Coordinator performs administrative duties to ensure productive ASAP college office functioning and support the program's expansion activities, including program operations, recruitment and communication utilizing a holistic and student focused approach. In addition to the CUNY Title Overview duties include but are not limited to: * Assist with student orientation, recruitment and outreach efforts and support student engagement events * Serve as a front-line ambassador to the students, public and university community on informational matters; * Process budget requisitions and invoices for payment; * Maintain program information on department website(s), manuals, and other print or electronic sources. * Manage and monitor program social media efforts * Organize and execute logistics for events and meetings; * Supervise college assistants and student workers QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required.
