Flawless Creative Execution
Lead in development of copy for high-visibility, high impact campaigns, work closely with designers to ensure headlines and visuals work hand-in-hand and are consistent to the concept
Generate innovative ideas
Translate strategic plan and insights into effective cross-channel promotions
Work with the Creative Director and Senior Copywriters to help define the campaigns and effectively communicate to colleagues and clients by skillfully crafting content
Pivot between projects, balancing work against competing deadlines
Take feedback in stride
Be abreast of the latest trends
Write attention-getting headlines, compelling content, and shareworthy social
Collaborate with internal teams to write presentations and set-up ideas for success
Clearly articulate and present concept/ideas, in written and verbal form
Ensure and enforce brand consistency and guidelines across all touch points
Understand the clients' business by staying tuned in to business issues, competitive landscape, and cultural events and trends relevant to clients' audiences
3-5 years of experience in an agency or marketing environment
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
Effective team-building and collaboration skills
Proven experience with message concept and development and writing in different media
Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
Able to work both independently and within a highly-collaborative environment
Relentless attention to detail
Knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
