Job Description Overview:
Accenture is helping a Federal Government agency turn complex manual processes into simple Digital experiences for the public. We're looking for talented people with experience in human-centered design, agile, DevOps, public cloud, AI, Analytics, mobile and web application development who are creative, innovative, collaborative and passionate about working with other high performers.
As part of the team, you would:
Interact with customers to obtain and document functional and system requirements
Analyze existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project at hand
Understand basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables
Communicate issues to appropriate parties and coordinate with external teams to mitigate potential issues/plan for impending deadlines
Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and other cross-functional teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and communicate requirements to development teams

Technical Skills:
Skill
Mandatory 1+ years of experience as a business,
requirements, or system analyst
1+ years of experience on a software or
technology implementation project
1+ years of experience with Agile software
development principles
Experience working in fast-paced
collaborative environments
Strong written and oral presentation skills )
Minimum 1-4 years experience and/or High
School diploma/GED
Preferred 1+ years of software application testing
1+ years of experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases
1+ year experience in research and analysis
Experience using JIRA, Splunk, and/or New Relic
Willingness to learn, and ability to look ahead/plan around future milestones
Subject matter expertise in risk, threat or fraud analytics
Experience working in the public safety and security domain
Process enablement and execution experience

Job Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing on delivered features to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported to development team for resolution

Availability to support overnight deployments
Aggregate, evaluate, and create presentations containing metrics for upper level management.
