Robert Half Healthcare Practice has an exciting opportunity with a client in the Central Denver area who is looking for a pleasant and detail oriented Medical Front Office Specialist. The Medical Front Office Specialist will report to the Practice Manager supporting the front office duties for temporary to full time opportunity. The Medical Front Office Specialist will handle inbound calls from patients for scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, updating patient charts as well as additional front office duties. Ideal candidates will have 2 or more years in a front office role either in healthcare, or hospitality. We are looking for a polished and detail oriented Medical Front Office Specialist who can consistanly raise the bar with patient service and satisfaction. EMR experience and or just strong technical skills, typing and data entry are preferred. Duties: - Answering inbound phone calls in a pleasant and customer focused manner

  • Scheduling patients for OBGYN procedures

  • Checking in patients- verifying insurance and collecting copays

  • Updating patient demographics in EMR system

  • Making patients feel welcome and keeping them calm before their appointments

  • Making outbound calls for appointment confirmation and reminders

  • Keeping front office tidy, refilling coffee, water and snacks

    - 2 or more years in a front office reception role either in the medical or hospitality arena
  • Strong computer skills, either with and EMR system and or other software

  • 3 or more years in a customer service setting

  • Typing at 35 WPM or more

VIEW JOBS 1/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-10T00:00 Summary The Investor Relations Jr. Associate is an integral player for all capital raising efforts including sourcing, engaging, and raising capital from a targeted investor base while also being involved in the execution of ongoing investor communications. The Investor Relations Jr. Associate creates new relationships with investors to raise capital; builds relationships with current investors to increase their capital contributions; drafts investor communications including emails, sales language, and other material; handles existing investor questions, tracking data, and numbers to meet and exceed activity and performance requirements. The Investor Relations Jr. Associate reports directly report to the CFO, but also works closely with the CEO and other Executives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Prospect for new investors and channels of capital * Apply proven principles for effective selling while demonstrating professional integrity and always acting with high ethics * Effectively ask the right discovery and diagnostic questions and then listen intently to determine whether, where, and how you can provide value * Expand capital raising with current investors * Thoroughly maintain and monitor an investor pipeline in a CRM * Track incoming investor pledges for syndication offerings * Maintain and update investor database daily * Develop a deep understanding of the investor technology tools we own and utilize * Create, maintain and update marketing pitch-decks * Manage data room and support stakeholders * Help coordinate responses to investor questions * All other tasks and job duties as assigned Qualifications Education * BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field Training * Must maintain current knowledge of and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and TGS Global Required Skills & Experience * 3+ years proven track record of success and demonstrable results as a difference-maker related to raising capital in real estate or other alternative investment sales environment * 3+ years experience in investor relations, public relations, financial investment, accounting, legal, and other related fields for publicly-traded companies that operate under regulatory framework regarding investor information disclosure laws * Series 63 and 7 securities licenses * Ability to prospect and sell via email and phone * Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Excel * Highly organized with the ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple projects and responsibilities * An organized and effective personal and professional style * Well-developed communication and presentation skills in executive settings (including working with presentation software tools like Microsoft PowerPoint) * A deep commitment to honest, ethical conduct in all dealings and an ability to adhere to the companys core values * Exceptional work ethic and desire to succeed * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to grasp high-level real estate finance and alternative investment concepts Preferred Skills & Experience * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with a shifting workload in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws, MED regulations, and CDPHE requirements; Previous marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in CO licensed facilities * Cannabis industry experience preferred Other Requirements Physical Requirements * Must be able to individually lift up to 25 lbs. * Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time Reasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Work Requirements * Must be able to work in an office environment with moderate to loud noise level * Must be able to acquire MED Key badge ($250 Fee to State of CO) prior to beginning employment Travel Requirements * This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
