Jr. Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Acts as liaison for assigned projects, developing relationships with clients and listening closely to them to learn their business and communication needs.

• Collaborates with all agency department staff to develop and implement strategic project plans.

• Coordinates/assists in developing and managing project timing, budgets, and job costing with all relevant agency personnel.

• Implementation, execution, and maintenance of project schedules that identify key milestones, project dependencies, and project resources required to bring programs to life on time and on (or under) budget.

• Oversee day-to-day internal communications regarding project status and communicate to internal stakeholders as necessary.

• Maintains working knowledge of pertinent software and peripherals needed to complete work. Experience working in Hubspot + ClickUp is a plus.

• Inspects cost estimates, as researched and presented by the vendors for equipment service contracts and maintenance agreements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management.

• An independent thinker, driven, energetic, and enthusiastic. You are a team player who takes initiative.

• Must have a solid understanding of the creative design and development process and materials trafficking process.

• A highly effective communicator with excellent writing, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
