Overview

PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Sales Coordinator for Novi, MI for one of our Top client.

Job Description:

  • Maintain price conditions in SAP for OEM production and service parts for North America.

  • Develop and implement a systematic approach to better serve the customer.

  • Track customer freight reimbursements for weekly shipments to various Toyota facilities.

  • Monitor supplier portal to ensure accuracy with customer EDI commitments.

  • Interface with customer production control and purchasing organization departments to ensure timely P.O. deliveries.

  • Facilitate compliance with TS 16949 requirements.

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders for prototype, production and service parts.

  • Verify purchase order amounts, including packaging, and logistics costs.

  • Tooling-cost recovery. Develop and implement checks and balances system between sales, purchasing and accounting.

  • Prepare customer quotes within the scope of responsibility and authority.

  • Support Account Manager in day to day responsibilities.

  • Support travel requests and changes for Senior Manager.

  • Support expense account preparation and approval for Senior Manager.

  • Effectively work with multiple groups within the company.

Skills Required

  • Must have experience with SAP data entry.

  • Must have OEM experience dealing directly with buyers, engineers and production control.

  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

  • HS diploma/GED. College degree desirable.

  • Computer Certifications in Microsoft Office products is desirable

  • Minimum of 4 years related experience

  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

  • Prior experience in office administration

  • Manual dexterity: Limited manual dexterity required

  • Work requires handling light weight materials or equipment with no special speed or exertion.

  • Must be able to travel to customer sites.

The position will operate as the main point of contact for external partners committed to selling MSR and whole loans to Chase based on contracts executed by HL- Capital Markets and the Investment Bank. Coordinates internally with all affected lines of business on all aspects of the acquisition using tools to promote visibility and awareness to assigned deals. Position will problem solve and ensure all requirements, both internally and regulatory, are met and accomplished to purchase mortgage rights. Position will gather, compile and review information and data, evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of actions, developing tools and/or improvements. Position will lead calls both internally and externally tracking milestones and deliverables on assigned deals. Communicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through summary reports, review decks, project plans, agendas, minutes, issue / risk tracking, etc. Core Competencies: * Manage Performance – work independently on assigned deal managing task level checklist and deal level requirements * Manage Change – Leadership in driving change and managing to success implementation * Partnering –Collaborate both internally and externally to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals * Individually solves business problems and completes analysis. Review and translate when needed into Chase nomenclature to suppress confusion * Constantly assess and define areas of improvement and work to solution gaps and/or smooth edges * SME of all activities related to acquisition of loans, regulatory and internally, as well as manage relationship with counterparties.
