JOB DESCRIPTION: High School Chemistry Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY:

1.New Jersey Teacher Certification in Chemistry

2.Competency in content knowledge/skills

3.Knowledge of the NJ Student Learning Standards

4.Student-centered focus

5.Required criminal history background check

QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRE

Student-centered focus

Excellent planning skills

Knowledge of teaching in high school

Utilize technology for instruction and assessment

Ability to make learning engaging and relevant

Competence in content knowledge/skills

Effective classroom use of Google Applications
