We are currently seeking a skilled Journeyman Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial commercial service experience, demonstrating expertise in plumbing systems for various property types including midrise buildings, condos, townhouses, single-family homes, and hotels. Responsibilities: Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance primarily in commercial settings.

Work independently to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Uphold high standards of quality workmanship and customer service.

Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times. Minimum Background Requirements: Journeyman Plumber certification. 3.5 years of experience in commercial plumbing services.

Proven track record of technical proficiency, with a 10/10 rating. Ability to work independently with minimal callbacks. Experience in property management, HOA, and light commercial and retail industrial sectors preferred.

Other Compensations: Competitive salary with potential for bonuses based on company performance. 100% employer-paid benefits package. Work/life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu). Family healthcare plans available at reasonable rates ($350 - $500 monthly).
