Journeyman Plumber

Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in construction-based industries, is hiring a Journeyman Plumber for a growing plumbing franchise located in Huntsville, AL.

This team member is responsible for overseeing the estimate and the scope of repairs of various plumbing repairs, talking the customer through next steps and timelines of the project. Handling the management and repair of the entire project cycle while taking great care to complete the repair correctly all while providing outstanding customer service! Plumber Responsibilities:

• Use of Service Titan software to estimate residential and commercial repairs.
• Ability to manage plumbing projects: plan, organize and fully repair to customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community.
• Schedule jobs and maintain project efficiency.
• Negotiate plumbing services.
• Oversee all aspects of work in process and scheduling for all work in process.
• On-call work schedule.

Plumber Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a plumber or plumber apprentice.
• Ability to manage project and schedules
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
• Someone that wants a career, not a job.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
