About the Role:

As a Journeyman Plumber with W.N. Kirkland, you'll bring your expertise and dedication to a role that's central to our mission of excellence. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact while working on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Training: Guide and mentor our plumbing crew, sharing your knowledge and skills.

• Expert Installation & Repair: Assemble, install, and repair complex plumbing systems, including hydronic heating, water, drainage systems, and medgas.

• Quality & Safety: Uphold our commitment to safety and job quality on every project.

• Professionalism: Interact with field teams, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors with a positive and professional attitude.

• Problem Solving: Use your analytical skills to make informed decisions and resolve issues effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in commercial plumbing with mastery knowledge in the field.

• Skills:

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and manuals.

• Excellent customer service skills and a drive to exceed expectations.

• Ability to work independently, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in demanding conditions, and perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and climbing ladders.

• Reliability: Must be punctual with a solid attendance record. Some overtime may be required.
