DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation is looking for a Journeyman Engineer to provide support to AFLCMC Combat Rescue Helicopter Program in Dayton, OH.


The qualified individual must have the experience and capability to support the assigned tasks and lead assigned programs and teams.

  • Assist with creating, developing and implementing the CRH System Training Plan.

  • Assist with interpreting and implementing training requirements for Combat Rescue Helicopter Program to include, but not limited to: Aircrew Training Devices (ATDs), Maintenance Training Devices (MTDs), Courseware/Interactive Multimedia Instruction, and Type 1 Training.

  • Assist in analyzing support cost requirements.

  • Assist in developing and implementing the CRH Training System Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).

  • Assist with evaluating contractor proposed Acceptance Test Procedures that shall be used to verify and validate the CRH Training System Specification.

  • Attend and support Integrated Test Team and Initial Test Design meetings to ensure the Training System is addressed as part of the whole CRH System.

  • Assist with providing technical management for the CRH Transition Support Plan.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a professional engineering discipline with a minimum of six years' experience in a relevant field required.

  • Must have a minimum of two years' experience in Department of Defense programs/projects in avionics, software or testing environment.

  • Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance for the position.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the following: * Focus on ensuring cyber security and resiliency is incorporated in the weapons systems design process via the Systems Engineering (SE) process. * Support development of SSE artifacts and acquisition templates for inclusion in SE processes. * Assist in the development of a requirements construct to help USAF programs interpret and scope system security, acquisition security, and cybersecurity and resilience requirements. * Leverage NIST security controls, FAA direction, and other inputs to inform system security requirements. * Perform technical analyses, conduct research, and use technical management principles to assess impacts to DoD and USAF systems engineering and acquisition policies and processes; and provide recommendations for improvement. * The candidate selected should be experienced and successful at solving complex system integration and engineering issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our customers. * Work location is at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH and sit within AFLCMC/EZS CROWS LOA2 office.
