Job Details Job Location Fort Collins CO - Fort Collins, CO Position Type Full Time Journeyman Job Description Electrician Needed to Lead, Ensure Safety, and Master Technical Excellence Join Kenny Electric Today Electrician Essential Duties include the following: Must comply with all company safety policies at all times Oversee apprentices as well as providing guidance and leadership Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes Repair or replace wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Troubleshoot and test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters and test lamps Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for repair, and to ensure compliance with local codes Direct and train workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures Perform Warehouse duties and material handling as needed Perform Pre-fab duties both on and off site as needed Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes Attend in-house training Availability to work overtime and/or irregular business hours as requested Electrician Qualifications/Requirements:

Current Journeyman or Master Electrician with a Wyoming License Maintain current electricians license or identification card to meet governmental regulations Possess required personal tools 4 or more years of previous electrical experience Electrician Physical Requirements: Able to work off all types of ladders, lifts and elevated platforms (electric or gas powered) Able to work at various heights up to 50 feet from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, cat walks, or other safe work areas Able to work in restricted areas, manholes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces and attics Able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead Able to carry tools and materials up to 50 pounds from the ground to overhead Able to constantly move on feet, climbing ladders and working overhead; Possess good vision (normal or corrected) Able to drive to customer job sites Work Environment: May be exposed to elements including heat/cold/rain/snow when out at customer job sites.
