Joint Wargames Operations Planner

Candidate must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.

In this role, you will interact with the JS J7 in Suffolk, coordinate and work with both the Joint Concepts Branch (JCB) and the Joint Wargames Branch (JWB) within the Joint Concepts Division (JCD) in order to facilitate the synchronization and implementation of the Joint Warfighting Concept (JWC 2030 and JWC Future). Simultaneously provide input to Army Concept Development by providing JOINT and Combined input/perspective to developing CONEMPS. On Order, travel to the USAWC at Carlisle Barracks PA to support the Future Warfare Divisions Future Studies Program's OWS and Matrix Wargames.

Responsibilities:

• Develop plans

• Attend events and meetings

• Provide written products

• CONEMPS development for Joint and International requirements integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• Secret clearance and willing to upgrade to a TS/SCI

• Planner experience on 2, 3, or 4 star command staff and/or JTF, Combatant Command, Joint Staff.

• Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army Multi-Domain Operations Concept and latest Joint Warfighting Concepts.

• Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army and Joint concept development.

• Demonstrated understanding of peer adversary military systems.

Salary: $95k - $100k
