The Joint Ventures Data Entry Lead will be responsible for all activities involved in cargo operations and its data, as well as the communication with all parties/customers involved at CVG Hub in Erlanger KY. Job duties will include the proper processing of data for all outbound cargo departures out of CVG hub, affectively communicate with both internal and external customers as well as with many other workgroups within DHL, maintain a professional and affective work environment within our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely upload of data for all outbound departures from CVG Hub.

• Ensure email traffic is answered in a professional and timely manner.

• Operates computer terminal to communicate with service centers regarding outgoing materials, flight materials, flight numbers, shipping methods, and any unusual activities.

• Can communicate, train and manage performance within an office environment that uses multiple systems for multiple customers.

• Assists with research and understanding of any export shipment visibility failures out of CVG.

• Understands customs expectations and data importance relative to each system.

• Communicates any issues when manifesting material to intercontinental destinations as well as any issues inbound from any destination.

• Ensures that the correct data is always entered the first time in any system to eliminate and delay at destination

• Successfully completes certification training and maintains currency in the use of all systems as it relates to Polar, ACS, DGF cargo, as well as any systems that used for Express and Day Sort operations to deal with any adhoc movements scheduled.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Previous experience in Data Entry and managing a team in an office setting.

• Senior service, production, or support roles highly experienced in area of responsibility.

• Performs all of the standard and some specialized, more complex aspects of the function.
