Als Customer Service Coordinator (m/w) sind Sie verantwortlich fr die Steuerung der Kollektionsauslieferung an unsere Grohandelskunden. Innerhalb Ihrer Ttigkeit bearbeiten Sie Kundenanfragen, Nachbestellungen und Retouren. Administrative Backoffice Aufgaben gehren hierbei ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben, wie die service- und lsungsorientierte Betreuung unserer Kunden am Telefon. Als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Vertriebsdivisionen, dem Lager, unserem Headquarter in Amsterdam und den Facheinzelhndlern arbeiten Sie in einem sympathischen Team innerhalb unseres Vertriebsinnendienstes. Hierzu bringen Sie neben einer abgeschlossenen kaufmnnischen Ausbildung, Zahlenaffinitt, Organisationstalent, eine offene und kommunikative Persnlichkeit, eine positive Ausstrahlung und gute MS Office- sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse mit.

VIEW JOBS 5/23/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-08-21T00:00 Customer Service Coordinator Role Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator will support, working together with other internal stakeholders, ensuring Basware provides to its customers smooth operations, continuous business improvement and value creation. The role will include both supporting a more senior customer service manager on large global accounts or acting independently on accounts that are local, where the focus is primarily operational over strategic. Where acting independently with a customer you will be part of the customer engagement team and the contacts will typically be purchasing and accounts payable team leads plus key users, more senior relationships in the customer organisation will be established and maintained by others. Key Deliverables: Customer awareness: Provide written and verbal updates to the customer on topics relevant to the customer, including presenting templated content concerning key performance indicators and technical content such that they are clearly understood by the customer. Value in use: Promotes active use of Basware services for customers and suppliers Service Request Management: Promotes to the customer support best practices along with the global Customer Support organisation. Follows up the Service Request Management process to ensure positive outcomes for customer. Operational Management: In support of securing the agreed outcomes with the customer maintains customer control documentation such as risk, issue and action logs. Reporting: Supports the creation of SLA reports according to contract for purchased services. Customer Relationship Management: Initiates and sustains relationships with operational customer stakeholders. Personal Development: Takes responsibility for managing own career. Seeks feedback from others to promote own development. Qualifications and Experience * Previous face to face customer experience * Previous experience in a service oriented role within an ICT environment * Able to build productive relationships and communicate regularly with many customers * Fluent German and English speaking and writing * Full driving licence required * Familiar with business processes related to procurement and accounts payable * Familiar with Basware networked purchase-to-pay portfolio * Familiar with supplier activation processes * Experience of working in a global matrix organisation with geographically distributed teams is an advantage * Experience of working with support management systems such as ITSM, ServiceNow Key Attributes: * Relationship building skills * Organised approach and results driven * Resourceful in supporting positive outcomes * Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset * Alignment with Basware's values: Lead the Way, Drive Customer Success, Strive for Excellence and Inspire and be Inspired Location: Munich or Düsseldorf, Germany We are looking forward to receiving your applications.
