The Job Coach supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the development of work skills in preparation for community employment.
Under the direction of program manager/coordinator and off-site company manager, the job coach will ensure completion of work as specified by terms of the individuals' contract.
The Job Coach is responsible for the individuals' work specifications to the worksite (quality control, meeting production norms, daily tasks, ect).
The Job Coach supplies the program manager/coordinator with accurate information pertaining to work-related activities and the individuals' off-site adjustment.
The Job Coach's Support can be delivered in a group or individual setting.
High school graduate (or GED) and one year work experience providing vocational or prevocational services to individuals with disabilities
Classification: Non-exempt, hourly
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday (7:30 a.m.
