Job Captain

Description:

Actalent is seeking a 3-5 year Architectural Designer or Job Captain to join the team of a firm in Greenwood Village, CO. This person will be supporting projects such as community, K-12, multifamily, office spaces, water/wastewater and religious buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop SD (schematic designs)

• Develop CD (construction documents)

• Develop DD (design development)

• Create 3D models

• Create rendering

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as a job captain supporting commercial or multifamily projects

• Bachelors degree in architecture

• Revit proficiency

• Must have CD experience

• Must have rendering capabilities
