Supervise a work group to assure daily production schedules are met, maintaining production equipment to minimize mechanical delay, tracking PM's to ensure assigned tasks are adequate and completed properly to minimize production delays and ensuring compliance with USDA, OSHA, EPA, Federal, State and Local regulations.
1.Directs maintenance activities on assigned plant production equipment.
2.Assigns, schedules, and develops equipment PM's.
3.Trains, selects, and motivates maintenance craftsmen.
4.Achieves safety objectives.
5.Ensures compliance to company and plant policies.
