The Honest Company has kicked off a search for a Master Data Coordinator! In this role, you'll provide support and maintenance of master data and of data management practices associated with the ERP and other relevant integrated systems. The primary focus will be on Item Master and Address Book with secondary responsibility in other master data areas. You will be responsible for gathering relevant information from business stakeholders, acquiring approvals, creating master records, and the ongoing maintenance of master records. We're looking for a highly-organized, accountable team player who operates with efficiency, urgency, and discipline.
What you'll do:
Work to cleanse and maintain master data relevant to the Item Master, Address Book, and other areas
Own the responsibility for the operational governance of master data in tandem with strategic direction from the Sr. Director, Business Applications
Assist on project plans with risk mitigation strategies
Develop and maintain documentation of current Master Data management processes
Make recommendations for continuous data management improvement
Coordinate master data extracts as needed to aid business requests, decision-making and to enable accurate maintenance of master data

What you'll need:
5+ years working full-time in a professional business environment
Experience working with JD Edwards preferred
Experience in a results-focused, fast-paced environment
