Job Description Job Description JC Volleyball LLC - Operations Manager ROLE: This role will work directly for JC Volleyball and will play a key role in its success.

They will be responsible for coordinating and executing all operations strategies, managing the volleyball facility, and executing a safe and fun playing experience for all leagues and events. The ideal candidate will hold proficient knowledge of the sport of volleyball, experience with managing a small team, and proficiency in self-driven motivation and enthusiasm to get the job done. The Operations Manager must have outstanding organization and communication skills to ensure that work meets JC Volleyball standards.

  RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations Oversee day-to-day operations Manage contractors Schedule games/events Manage the Volleyball Facility at Liberty Harbor Marina Manage inventory [Shirts, Office Supplies, Equipment] Manage operating budget Resolve Disputes Communicate with participants Sales/Customer Excellence Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships Develop strategies for continued growth and improvement Implement sales initiatives to attract new teams/players and sponsors Requirements Experience in sports leagues or people management Strong Organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of sports volleyball rules/regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with sales and marketing [preferred] Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a sports organization Working Location Liberty Harbor Marina Hours range from 12:00-9:00 pm and 2:00-11:00 pm, during peak volleyball seasons [Spring, Summer, Fall] Occasional Weekend hours as needed. Off-peak hours are subject to change
