knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and HTTP technologies * MediaElement APIs for audio and video * Responsive and cross browser/device web development* MVC and template-driven UI such as Backbone, Handlebars, RactiveJS* Web remoting with RESTfull interfaces: XHR, JSON, CORS* JS unit testing via Jasmine, QUnit, Chai or similar * Familiarity with NPM, packaging, and building * JavaScript automation such as Selenium, WebDriver, or PhantomJS* Web video encodings, HTTP streaming, MediaSource and Encrypted Media * Familiarity with Apache Cordova, PhoneGap, or Chrome Apps * Experience with web accessibility, internationalization, web captioning
