Are you a Senior JAVA/J2EE Developer with experience helping to establish robust enterprise-wide solutions for Identity and Access Management? As a Developer on our team, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in transforming the Information Security culture across the entire company.

Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:

Java Developer

  • Support in developing, testing, implementing and maintaining high quality, reusable features

  • Produce work in accordance with principles and best practices of quality software development

  • Learn and imbibe best practices and methodologies while working within a cross-functional team

  • Take responsibility of the solution from design to deployment

Product support/solutions team member

  • Ensure documentation allows for stakeholders and developers integrating with the solution to be successful

  • Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events

  • Prioritize workload and adjust to help meet team deadlines and work objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Java/J2EE development experience

  • 1-2 Years of experience in development of IAM solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ.

  • Experience working with technical teams to develop and/or deliver IT services

  • Proven ability to create elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code

  • Experience working on/alongside IT projects or day-to-day IT operations

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent, and works with minimal direction

  • College degree in related discipline preferred
