Skillsets / Job Description:

Proven experience with designing Java/J2EE Web Applications Having expertise in Micro Services Architecture CQRS, Domain Driven Design, Service Discovery, Communication, API Management Associate should have strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, NodeJs. Should have strong experience in DevOps Continuous Integration and Deployment Sound knowledge in J2EE Design patterns and ability to apply design patterns in real time application Should be able to evaluate current emerging technologies to consider monetary factors.

Strong ability to verify stability, Interportablity, portability and Security of java System Architecture. Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods and should be able to explain to team using UML. Strong and deep knowledge of application servers and Clustering Architecture skills Strong presentation skill of technical information and solutions.

Good knowledge of Web programming skills preferably core Java and frameworks like spring and Hibernate. Domain with Identity and access Management Experience Experience in Software efforts Estimation and budgeting Project management Skills

Our group provides technology support for all of the firm's internal software development needs. As the Technical Delivery Lead for the Talent Management Suite, you will be working closely with the Global Compensation & Personnel File team. Your goal is to design and digitize the compensation and personnel file management thereby providing an integrated view of compensation across various paths and regions within the organization and an integrated one stop shop view of employment and HR related information of an employee. Our development teams are small, flexible and employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our consultants with the solutions they need. We combine the latest open source technologies together with traditional enterprise software products. What You'll Do You will be a key contributor on Talent Management Suite Implementation along with Compensation, Personnel File & Foundation Objects teams and will oversee the technical architecture, design and delivery of new platform to be used across the organization. You will be working closely with our System Implementation Partner for the new TMS Platform and will be responsible for the end to end architecture of the system. You'll also be an important contributor on Talent Management and will oversee the technical architecture, design and delivery of new Personnel File module to be used across the organization.
