Join our team of leaders to begin a rewarding career.
Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares design documents, performs development coding, test plans & tests/debugs programs
Develops system or data conversion & system implementation plans
Prepares & obtains approval of system & programming documentation (e.g., business owners, project managers)
Recommends changes in development, maintenance, & system standards
Trains users in conversion & implementation of system & provides end user support
Conducts interviews and/or working sessions to define requirements and/or determine current state & future state processes
Researches & evaluates potential internal and/or external software solutions
4 years' experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Detailed knowledge of technical system design
Detailed knowledge of industry trends & technology; awareness of regulations & compliance requirements
Detailed knowledge of company technology processes, procedures (e.g., Open Source), & business systems support
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
