Our client is developing groundbreaking and reliable solutions that provide cost-effective open source software applications to their customers. They have a contract assignment for a Java Software Developer to work alongside their teams of engineers to help deliver custom applications to Federal Government and Public Sector customers.

If you want to help develop some of the most cutting-edge solutions for pattern recognition, simulation, virtual environments and augmented reality, this is the assignment for you. Location is in Oxon Hill, MD, and the assignment will last through December 2018. Reach out to one of our Resource Managers today to be considered for this assignment. Per our customer contract, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
Develop new Java tools that will become part of an existing suite
Document code design
Draft user manuals, codebooks, and status reports
Qualifications
3 years of Java development experience
Must have strong software documentation skills
Strong working knowledge of Postgres
Report writing experience
BS Degree is highly preferred but not required
Knowledge or experience using Final Cut Pro
