Job Title: Java Developer with SQL Expertise
Location:Toronto, ON Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days WFH)

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong proficiency in SQL to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, while also leveraging SQL databases to handle large datasets and complex queries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both backend development and database management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java (J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate)
• Strong experience in SQL 
• Proficient with writing Stored procedures and have the expertise to optimize SQL queries.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Knowledge of ORM (Object Relational Mapping) technologies (e.g., Hibernate)
• Understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous programming in Java
• Experience in unit testing (JUnit, TestNG) and debugging
• Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus
