  • Supports the Wholesale Banking Lenders in financial monitoring and loan implementation. Completes accurate and consistent financial statements spreads, quarterly trend analyses, covenant tests, and collateral reviews in accordance with bank spreading standards and wholesale credit policies.

  • Maintains a compliance monitoring database that tracks credit approval requirements and receipt of customer's financial reporting requirements on behalf of the Portfolio Managers and/or Relationship Managers.

  • Responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documents and ensuring the accurate set up of new loans on our servicing system, along with ongoing maintenance activities associated with large balance transactions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in accounting and finance, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Preferred graduation date in December 2020

  • Basic understanding of credit analysis, administration, and policy and procedures

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to read and comprehend credit write-ups and loan documentation

Individuals calculate net asset value(s) and disseminate financial and performance information to the investment advisor and their investors. Acting as primary fund accountant on multiple relationships, ensures all fund accounting functions are in completed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Records trade information, income/expense activity and applies valuation of securities in the portfolio accounting system. Enters and reconciles all investor contributions and withdrawals in the partnership accounting system. Allocates fund level profits to individual investors for preparation and distribution of investor statements. Reviews and coordinates fund expense analysis and expense processing. Prepares fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
