Janssen is recruitinghigh performing MBA talent passionate about exploring a career in healthcarefor their Leadership Development Summer Internship program focused on Marketingand other Commercial functions. The internship is a 12-week period during the

Summer of 2019 and located in the greater Princeton, NJ or Philadelphia, PAarea (depending on assignment).

Your assignment willsupport Janssen's business priorities. Internships are available in thefollowing functions: Product Brand Marketing with a focus on professional,consumer or payer campaigns, Market Access, Commercial Insights & Strategy,Market Research and Analytics. As part of the Summer program, you will have theopportunity to be considered for full-time positions. Janssen's Full-Time ECLDP(Experienced Commercial Leadership Development Program) consists of two18-month rotations in marketing or key commercial functions to prepare you as afuture business leader within J&J. All rotations are North America basedand supplemented by classroom and

e-learning training overthe course of the program. Training covers all areas critical to success atJ&J and delivered by program leadership, key commercial pharmaceuticalleaders, J&J Executives and external consultants.

To be considered forthis exciting experience, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Project managementskills and ability to navigate a matrix organization to accomplish goals.

  • Collaboration with key internal and external partners in support of project deliverables.

  • Act with speed, learning agility and intellectual curiosity.

  • Development of meaningful internal and external partnerships to add value and insights for the organization.

  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to make Credo-based decisions and develop a Credo-based culture.

  • Current graduate student completing MBA in 2020. Concentration in Healthcare Management is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in marketing, sales, business analytics, strategic planning, and/or management consulting in health care related field is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills is required.

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience prior to Business school is required.

  • Validated analytical skills and cycles of success in a professional business environment is required.

  • Ability to think strategically, influence and execute a plan effectively is required.

  • Your ability to work in a team environment with good judgment, creativity and perseverance is required.

  • You are legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future is required.

The tax internship program is a 10–12 week program focused on providing college students with practical tax and business experience. It allows you to develop leadership skills, broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in school and "get a taste of the real world" before they are fully committed to it. The intern program participants will be better able to apply concepts learned in the classroom and will be able to ask more poignant questions of their professors to further their goals and education. The intern program is one of the primary feeders for entrance into Johnson & Johnson's Tax Leadership Development Program ("TLDP"). The Tax Leadership Development Program ("TLDP") is a two-year program designed specifically to prepare future generations of tax leaders within the Johnson & Johnson accounting and finance organization. Participants gain invaluable on-the-job experiences during two rotations just under twelve months each at various J&J business units, receive leadership and technical training, and thorough, recurring evaluations. There are six weeks of training over the course of the two-year program. Training covers all areas and competencies that are critical to success at J&J and is delivered through a combination of TLDP leadership, J&J executives, Tax and Finance management, and external consultants. An internship is the preferred starting point before entrance into the Johnson & Johnson's Tax Leadership Development Program ("TLDP") and provides a great learning experience working for one of the largest and most successful healthcare companies. Tax interns will work directly with many successful tax and finance professionals. Potential areas for tax internships include: * International tax * Tax reporting * Tax compliance * Indirect tax * Tax planning Qualifications Legal Authorization to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future is required. A minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA is required. Current enrollment in an accredited College/University is required. Accounting Majors are preferred.
