Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for assuring a cleaner, healthier environments for our customer's staff & visitors, and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned:

• Certifying housekeeper, assistant supervisors, and supervisors are conducting proper cleaning techniques in compliance with ServiceMaster standards.

• Serving multiple locations

• Certifying housekeepers implement the customers' task schedule of cleaning duties.

• Certifying house keepers are aware of the ServiceMaster SDS for all chemicals used in the facility.

• Issuing corrective actions in collaboration with the employee's immediate supervisor.

• Weekly coverage of geographic areas assigned by the Director of Operations

• Providing monthly reports of all QC activities from the prior month.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

• Inspecting physical environment assess quality of work being performed

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching

• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.

• Must have an eye for detail.

• 1-2 years' experience as a QC supervisors with knowledge of custodian, janitor, or housekeeper duties.

• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.

• Vehicle must be in good repair.

• Verbal & written communication skills
