POSITION SNAPSHOT: The maintenance position is vital to the overall cleanliness and first impression of the Guests. Our maintenance staff is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of our building.


  • Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.

  • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.

  • Safely and correctly operates all equipment.

  • Uses all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control.

  • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

  • Controls costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials.

  • Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains.

  • Responsible for maintenance storage areas, cleanliness and stocking.

  • Cleans and maintains all windows, lamps, mirrors and light fixtures.

  • Cleans and maintains wood floors and walls, tile and carpets.

  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking of supplies.

  • Dusts all wood and fixtures.

  • Polish all brass plates, rails and hardware.

  • Cleans and maintains all ceiling fans, air intakes and HVAC air vents.

  • Cleans and maintains all mats.

  • Empties trash and cleans and maintains trash cans.

  • Cleans and maintains back dock area.

  • Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.

  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.

  • Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

  • Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.

  • Must demonstrate ability to early communicate with Guests and other Team Members.

  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated.

  • Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.

VIEW JOBS 11/25/2021 12:00:00 AM 2022-02-23T00:00 Maintenance Electrical Tech 2021 S 5th St Rogers, Arkansas, 72758 United States This position is considered a multi-craft maintenance position with a strong electrical mechanical emphasis. $26.76 to $31.22 per hour (upon NOCTI maintenance testing and qualifications) Benefits available after 60 days of employment (medical/dental/vision/401K and more) Essential duties and responsibilities include: * Must be available to work any shift in a 3-shift operation as well as overtime as required * 2-3 year of electro automation system installation and troubleshooting experience * Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes, motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls and power transmission systems. * Understands hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Ability to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives * PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical, and electrical aptitude. * Able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings * Working knowledge of encoders and various types of sensors * Working knowledge of power transmission equipment, bearings, pneumatics and hydraulics * Basic welding skills * Familiar with pumps; both air and electrical * Able to install and troubleshoot 3 phase motor control circuits * Knowledge of various types of sensors and limit switches * Performs other duties as assigned Other Qualifications: Must be computer literate with a willingness to be an effective contributor to the plant's goal of producing optimum quality and outstanding service levels to our customers through effective teamwork Education / Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent * Military training or technical school preferred * 5 years in troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level * Ability to work independently * Ability to work flexible hours / non-traditional schedules and overtime as required * Corrugated industry background is a plus, but not required * must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and 7-year criminal background check.
