Janitorial Cleaner/Floater

• This position is a floater position, meaning you are not assigned a specific building. You would fill in when we have a call off , when people are scheduled off, or when a facility is not staffed. You would be expected to be available Monday-Friday after 6 PM. You might travel to surrounding counties that we have unstaffed facilities in. You must be able to be insured for the company car and have a valid and clean driving license. $200.00 sign on bonus upon completion of 60 days and good attendance.

Cleaning duties Include:

• Mopping

• Dusting

• Sweeping

• Vacuuming

• Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms

• Taking out trash

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must have a working cell phone to receive calls, texts, and emails

• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

• Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed. Must possess the ability to work independently.

• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
