This position is for an individual with a documented disability to participate in AbilityOne, a vocational training program.
1.Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms, common areas and break rooms including sweeping, mopping floors, sinks, toilets, glass & mirrors, stall walls, baseboards, stainless steel, and countertops, spot cleaning of walls and doors. Clean offices, common areas and break rooms which include cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered, restocking paper towels.
2.Vacuum rugs and carpet including elevators, sweep, mop, machine scrubbing, stripping and waxing floors and stairs.
3.Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
4.Clean windowsills, windows, and dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
5.General grounds maintenance removes leaves, debris, seeds, seed pods, and weed removal. Removes snow using shovel or snow blower and spreads salt/ice melt.
6.Maintain and organize chemical and equipment storage areas in a clean, organized and safe manner. Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
7.Contribute to teamwork by training and helping co-workers, communicating needs to the supervisor and implementing feedback for improvement. Continually perform duties with a special focus on safety, quality and customer service.
