Specific Job Information: Pay - $15.00 an hour Hours

• Hiring for 8:00am to 5:00pm and 9:00am to 6:00pm positions Schedule

• Monday through Friday with a rotating half day Saturday Location

• Must be located in or near the Jacksonville, Florida area. Position is hybrid and works in the office every Monday, which is subject to change Training

• Paid training is 2 - 3 weeks, completed in person/in office Responsibilities Job Purpose: Provide excellent and professional customer service Review customer complaints, de-escalate, and take appropriate action Serve as liaison between management and customer support team Answer telephones, relay messages, and route calls to appropriate person (s) Use routing software to schedule services Maintain accurate records of customer comments and interactions Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding services, satisfaction and various account needs Answer questions from customers regarding service, billing and their overall account information Make calls to customers to collect past due accounts Prepare customer mailings and perform other administrative tasks Process payments Hybrid position.
  
  Currently working from the office every Monday, the remainder of the week is remote from home. This schedule is subject to change. Position does include a revolving Saturday, half day shift.
