ITT Data Analysis Technology Trainer
Job Summary:
Join the Instructional Technology and Training (ITT) team to help support technology training and consultation at USF. As a Technology Trainer, you will lead one-on-one and small class training sessions with faculty, staff and students.
The position will provide time for training and skill development.
Full Job Description:
Responsibilities:
You will support all phases of the ITT Data Analysis training program:
Lead your own training sessions (small group and one-on-one) with students, faculty, and staff
Focus on leading small classes and consultations in Data Analysis software platforms including Qualtrics, Excel, Tableau, Google G-Suite and others, as needed.
Write and update the training documents in detailed and clear steps
Follow-up with training attendees to assess the value of the training experience
Research current trends in educational technology
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Excel, intermediate knowledge of Qualtrics and Tableau
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong basic computer skills with a willingness to develop new computer skills
Ability to follow directions and adhere to department procedures
Team-oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service
Multi-tasking ability and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge with data analysis software
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
Interest in researching educational technology solutions and trends
Strong interpersonal skills
Troubleshooting general computers
Desire to learn and create innovative methods of teaching
