The IT Service Manager will have the overall accountability for the definition and execution of ITIL Processes across the Global Technical Services organization.

What You will contribute

  • Provide the continuous improvement and evolution of the processes themselves, as well as execution of the Process (directly perform or delegate responsibilities).

  • Ensure operating the defined and agreed process, ensuring it interfaces with all other relevant processes, reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, performing process audits and managing the process improvement cycle.

  • Enforces and reports upon on the compliance to the defined process.

  • Sponsor the communication campaign to promote awareness and acceptance, encompassing all ITIL processes employed within FICO and GTS.

  • Manage, monitor, review and update all procedural documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures.

What We Are Seeking

  • Proven experience defining Critical Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Experienced with performance metrics against the defined critical success factors and institutes actions to correct shortcomings or further streamline the process.

  • Ability to interface with other processes and/or business functions to ensure they are able to leverage the benefits provided by the Service Management processes.

  • Experienced with defining and improving the audit process; Monitor and review the execution of periodic audits.

  • ITIL Certification (Highly Preferred)

H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a ITSM Project Analyst. The ITSM Project Analyst will apply business, financial management, and technical disciplines required to support planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading team efforts in managing multiple concurrent PMW270 projects. Program support may require significant coordination and interface with various DOD and non-DOD CONUS activities. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the teams performance meets all government contracting requirements within cost and schedule. The ITSM Project Analyst responsibilities will include: * Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers to maintain trust, open communications, and manage expectations. * Senior SME support in the execution of LSS projects (e.g., Value Stream Analysis, Rapid Improvement Events). * Management of resources (personnel management; management of government material and assets; and personnel and facility security). * Actively review processes and recommend improvements, additions, and/or modifications to provide efficiencies and increased value to projects. * Collaborate with Executive Leadership to establish core objectives and make recommendations for changes to create returns on investments and process improvements. * Conduct workshops to identify and prioritize improvement efforts. * Conduct interviews, gather metrics, information and insights from all available information sources, and collaborate to develop a clear understanding of how processes function, and provide recommendations for improvements. * Provide requirements and recommendations to develop and implement supporting tools and process enablers. * Provide Project Management oversight to include development and quality assurance of all deliverables (impact statements, information papers, point papers, development of policies and procedures for management of deliverables). Required Experience: * Lean Six Sigma certification preferred * ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Certification preferred * PMP preferred * Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities * Ability to work under pressure and time constraints * Successfully presents technical information to non-technical and executive audiences * Experience executing LSS process improvement projects and leading process improvement teams * Experience using the ServiceNow platform * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint * Excellent public speaking and personal interaction skills * Must possess a Final SECRET security clearance Qualified candidates may submit their resume to the career section of our company website at H2 Performance Consulting San Diego CA
