Job Summary and Description
Provides entry-level support to Alamo Colleges District (ACD) departments associated with the Alamo Academies Information Technology and Security Academy or high school and college skilled trades course of study or career goals.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
Basic computer knowledge and skills.
Currently enrolled in the Alamo Academies Information Technology and Security Academy or other high school or college trades/construction-related programs, e.g., architecture, engineering, construction management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of 11 hours of college coursework.
College major related to focus of department sponsoring internship.
Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software or proficiency with trades-related technology
Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
