About this Position

The ITC Team Lead displays an advanced understanding of the image Technology Center processes and has an advanced understanding of their assigned role. The Team Lead also shows leadership potential through a proactive approach to their work, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal, and proven alignment with Primerica values through their consistent actions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains Confidentiality on all matters pertinent to ITC and does not share information unless directed to do so by their supervisor or an ITC Manager.

  • Oversees the daily activities of the team and monitors production goals.

  • Reports productivity deficits and adherence issues to ITC Supervisor and Managers using WFI.

  • Assists the ITC Supervisor to ensure that the team functions in an organized manner and operates in accordance with policy and procedures.

  • Works with the ITC Supervisor to monitor productivity, develop and train, and provide coaching when necessary.

  • Displays professionalism and impartiality when working with others and communicates with others in a respectful manner, tone and in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

  • Ensures that internal department controls are adhered to by the team, ensures established company compliance laws are followed. Assist management with ensuring workflow improvements, new process procedures and training are adhered to by all.

  • The Team Lead assists team members, monitors day-to-day floor activity, exhibits an understanding of organizational policies, and ensures departmental procedures are being adhered to by the assigned team.

  • The Team Lead assists ITC Supervisors with daily reporting and training as needed.

  • The Team Lead serves as a backup to the ITC supervisors, filling in during their absence with reporting, task assignments and other duties as necessary, while also maintaining their assigned workload.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • The Team Lead will assist team members by answering questions and providing guidance on the proper way to complete assigned tasks.

  • The Team Lead will assist ITC Supervisors with daily tasks (as assigned) in addition to their primary duties.

  • The Team Lead will prioritize their tasks and other assigned tasks using excellent time management skills.

  • The Team Lead must be able to multi-task and work well in situations requiring immediate action and with little or no supervision.

  • The Team Lead must be able to work well with others, exhibit excellent professionalism, communication skills and be able to balance their role as a go-to person for the supervisor with their team duties and relationships.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Fast learner with proven proficiency in numerous ITC processes and has the ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Ability to understand and analyze data from various reports.

  • Ability to provide updates to management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.

  • Sound business related skills such as problem solving, team building, judgment and decisions making.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering on aggressive timelines

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

  • Excellent repour with colleagues and management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Graduate/GED: Some college preferred

  • Product or industry-specific experience

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Queries, and data analysis

  • Some knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QC

  • Ability to learn and utilize data analysis tools
