Position Overview

The IT Technical Analyst is considered a primary SME for understanding and documenting the R&F Application & Data landscape. This role will support varying types of initiatives. This includes everything from Strategic projects to 'how does X work' inquiries.

As an IT Technical Analyst, you focus on a deep understanding of our application backbone and all the technical integrations and references that support it. You also have a deep understanding of R&F Systems of Record for all the data integration points. Additionally, there is a strong expectation around the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. This documentation will be a primary requirement for other related IT sourcing activities so its priority is very high

As an IT Technical Analyst. you are part of an integral part of the IT team and your expertise helps determine and drive highly efficient solutions. Your deliveries are focused around technical decomposition and related functional communication of our technical landscape. A highly flexible approach and technically diverse background are essential to the success of this role.

  • Support, maintaining and document software functionality

  • Tools, concepts, principles and practices of data collection, analysis and testing.

  • PL/SQL

  • MS SQL (SSRA &SSIS)

  • C# .NET MVC, Web Forms

Preferred Education and Experience

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.

  • 10+ years IT professional experience showing progressive growth and responsibilities.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Demonstrated expert level of SDLC understanding and adherence

The purchasing and material administrator is responsible for the material management of all non-subcontract items on programs assigned. They will not only monitor the hundreds of Purchase Requisitions (PR's) that get released, they will also interface with all the RMS Sourcing teams in Moorestown, Clearwater and Syracuse to execute PR's to Purchase Order (PO) in a timely manner that does not erode the cycle time in support of Program/Manufacturing requirements. When PO's have been issued, will monitor and work with the expeditors, buyers and critical path suppliers assuring delivery commitments meet requirements through daily interactions. They are also responsible to drive all problems impacting delivery to closure and lead cross functional teams for resolutions as required. They will be the one point of contact for the IWSS LOB manufacturing, Engineering and the Program office for material related concerns, questions and statusing. All daily tasks and effort to accomplish material input due to PR/PO Volume extends through the suppliers' delivery cycle times (approximately 10 months). The cycle time begins at PR release, then tapers off until the last system shipment. This supports quick turn material needs that occur during manufacturing assembly, test, and integration phase. The position will be located in the RMS Syracuse, NY site.
