IT Technical Analyst

The IT Technical Analyst is considered a primary SME for understanding and documenting the R&F Application & Data landscape. This role will support varying types of initiatives. This includes everything from Strategic projects to 'how does X work' inquiries.
As an IT Technical Analyst, you focus on a deep understanding of our application backbone and all the technical integrations and references that support it. You also have a deep understanding of R&F Systems of Record for all the data integration points. Additionally, there is a strong expectation around the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. This documentation will be a primary requirement for other related IT sourcing activities so its priority is very high

As an IT Technical Analyst. you are part of an integral part of the IT team and your expertise helps determine and drive highly efficient solutions. Your deliveries are focused around technical decomposition and related functional communication of our technical landscape. A highly flexible approach and technically diverse background are essential to the success of this role.
Full lifecycle application development processes
Analyzing and understanding applications in various software languages
Support, maintaining and document software functionality
Tools, concepts, principles and practices of data collection, analysis and testing.
Data/Information mining and analysis
Applicable computer software and operating systems.
MS SQL (SSRA &SSIS)
C# .NET MVC, Web Forms

Preferred Education and Experience
BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
10+ years IT professional experience showing progressive growth and responsibilities.
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated expert level of SDLC understanding and adherence
