Position: IT Team LeaderCommon Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate team member performance, quality, issue, and risk
- Support and improve customer's IT related with CS(Customer Service) area
- Develop new business and manage revenue / profit.
- Customer care as local IT manager.
- IT Planning including investment/expense budget
- Project management
- Internal communication
- Requires knowledge in interfacing and querying with Oracle or equivalent database.
- Requires knowledge in interfacing with FA equipment and ERP (SAP).
- Plans and supports FA system network infrastructure.
- Understanding an analysis of MES equipment and device and associated systems.
- Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.
- Oversee software and network security.Technical Skills and Requirements
- Experience level: 15 years of related experiences(MES)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electric Engineering or similar.
- Systems: IBM, Cisco, Oracle, Unix, SQL
- Software: Visual Basic, Visual C, Visual Studio Dot Net, C# Dot Net, JavaAdditional requirements
- Korean-English bilingual preferred.

Internal Position Information Reporting to Carlos Luna Responsible for WK - 10 Operators Role Summary The Team Leader has three primary responsibilities: To restore flow, identify problems, and to correct problems to ensure maximum productivity. The team leader must also protect the work centre from variation affecting Quality, Costs, Production/Schedule adherence and Maintenance. The position is a non-hierarchical role which performs production duties and provides support in the form of direction, guidance, relief, training, problem resolution and encouragement to personnel within the work center. The Team Leader coordinates activities to ensure all standards are maintained and quality, costs, production/schedule and maintenance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities * Conduct start of shift meeting to review previous day (or shift) results, highlighting any problems or achievements, review shift targets, communicate quality issues, discuss recent continuous improvements implemented and address any concerns from the work center team while encouraging improvement ideas from the team. * Re-enforce adherence to the standards within the work centers regarding standardized work, quality and maintenance. * Communicate quality concerns and suggest corrective action where applicable. * Report problems and abnormalities to shift supervisor immediately after a non-conforming part is produced. * Be able to perform any operation within the work centers and be able to transfer knowledge (train) others how to follow the standardized work. * Operate equipment in the department as per the equipment operating instructions * Verify equipment safety inspection checklists are completed at the start of shift and follow up with associated work order where required. * Follow maintenance procedures for all machines. * Provide raw materials for work cells. Advise Supervisor and or Materials Department of continuing shortages and or misplaced and or mislabeled stock. * Ensure finished goods are organized, handled and labeled properly. * Ensure that all production and scrap are reported accurately. * Document all required information. * Initiate and/or participate in continuous improvement activities. * Assist Set-up in coordinating and performing routine changeovers and set-up activities according to production schedule and customer requirements. * Insure all changeover materials are in the work center and ready in advance. * Advise Supervisor when a non-scheduled changeover is required. * Assist team members as necessary in minor stoppages and repairs including PLC resets. Advise process/set-up/tooling/maintenance and or Supervisor if additional assistance is required. * Verify through visual check, that all machines are set to the process parameters on the run sheets. Coach team members as necessary. Advise Supervisor of any continuing off standard conditions. * Conduct layered audits as scheduled * Assist in the investigation and resolution of off standard quality conditions. Ensure appropriate containment actions are in place. Ensure issues are communicated to all shifts. Advise Supervisor of any continuing problems. * Maintain team communication board including - but not limited to: all indicators, training matrix, improvement ideas, etc. Advise Supervisor of shortfalls to production standards. * Assist with cross training of team members and the orientation/training of new team members. Keep all Operator Training Books and matrices on display and up to date. * Ensure Operators respect the Standardized work (Checking, Training, Coaching) * Work independently with a minimum of direct Supervision. * Provide reinforcement to the team in a manner that demonstrates Engineered Glass commitment to our quality policy and the Employee's Charter. * Maintain good housekeeping standards and support 5S improvement activities as needed. * Maintain good attendance to lead by example (no discipline beyond a Verbal Warning). * Follow all safety procedures in the workplace, including the customer and other Magna locations. * All other duties as assigned by a Supervisor or Manager. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILIITES REQUIRED * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1 - 2 years related experience, preferably in the automotive industry. * Must possess leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to relay instructions clearly and respectfully. * Good communication, organizational, time management skills. * Able to lift heavy objects specific to operation. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to understand and operate all machine equipment in designated work cells. * Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems. * Must join a committee within 30 days of starting in the position.
