Mattel's Global Technology Organization (GTO) is in search of an IT Systems Specialist to manage our ServiceNow system. Ideal candidates should possess deep technical insight in developing and managing the ServiceNow applications and implementing best practices as well as have keen insight into the full life cycle of a ServiceNow applications and IT Service Management. In this role, you will collaborate with GTO operations, and key stakeholders to develop and implement ITSM solutions. You should possess hands-on experience with development and customization of the ServiceNow Enterprise service management application.
Tool and process owner for Mattel instance of ServiceNow.
Oversee vendor partner who will be responsible for development and administration of the tool.
Consult within GTO to propose effective ITIL process and solutions to increase value and enhance productivity
Direct vendor to use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts and automate rote tasks
Recommend improvements or changes to technical and functional designs where appropriate
Facilitate creation and testing of future state business processes and script development
Process owner for integration and data synch between ServiceNow and other systems
Oversee ServiceNow operational functions
Continually suggest improvements to Service Portal and user facing components.
Work closely with vendor partner to develop Mattel instance into best of suite product for GTO
