SUMMARY Plans, coordinates, and manages the assembly of new software application and programs into SWBCs existing systems. Supports multiple departments by determining systemic needs, recommending changes, collaborating with vendors, implementing solutions, creating support documentation, supporting and triaging production issues, and instructing users about the interface.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Posses critical thinking and systemic analysis from end to end system and business process. Posses understanding of basic HTML post, WebService, Web API etc. mechanisms of integration. Builds relationship with new or existing vendors acting as a liaison in regards to revenue and relationship growth.
Triage's production issues and hons in on issues in a timely manner, documenting every finding and assists the developers and architects in resolving these issues. Processes maps for end to end system interactions and documentation. Coordinates with multiple teams such as Vendors, IT, and Operations by managing the backlog of work.
Designs new integrations with architects in the means to understand the end to end system/user behaviors and usages. Researches new integrations existing/new and make system recommendations/design based on the organization's strategic goals. Ensures all systems are integrating at the greatest productivity with uniformity and performance at the lowest cost.
Supervises the implementation process for outside software while also designing and maintaining applications developed in house. Collaborates with other team members in testing new applications to ensure functional requirements are met. Assists employees on how to properly use all systems, including writing training materials and may conduct seminars.
Assists SWBC clients to troubleshoot day-to-day integration issues across multiple LOBs and possible multiple vendors. Maintains an active list of all integration, methodology of the integration and all the system documentation, process flows and active vendor contact list to support the procedures. Possess understanding of integration through the stub while having the potential to build as clients implement and assist in any issue as they may occur.
Maintains internal websites, documentation, and procedures to communicate customization requests to vendors. Assists in implementation of new clients. All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from an accredited four-year college or university is required. A minimum of four (4) years of experience as an integration analyst. Must have proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook.

Must have problem resolution, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
Must have knowledge of system analysis and application development/EDW/BI Must have strong client engagement skills Must have strong consulting skills.
Must be able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax. Must be able to type 35 WPM.
Must be able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane. Requires Aglie Professional certification. Must be able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
Must be able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SWBC is a Substance-Free Workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing.
