Senior Systems Analyst

The Info Systems Analyst designs information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. Under limited supervision, this job is responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the organization's operating systems.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Formulates system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.

  • Evaluates and implements changes to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.

  • Reviews flow charts, models, and procedures and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.

  • Reviews technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.

  • Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.

  • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.

  • Educates end users on system designs and functionalities through creation of training materials and conducting demos.

  • Evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems.

  • 3 or more years of experience in Windows Server 2012 R2/2016 operating systems and NTFS permissions

  • 3 or more years of experience in installing, upgrading, migrating, and supporting third party applications in a Windows environment

  • 3 or more years of experience with basic application configuration in IIS, binding SSL certificates, restarting app pools/IIS

  • 3 or more years of experience with Active Directory authentication for application configuration


  • Experience in creating and modifying scripts in bash, DOS Batch, or PowerShell to complete automated task or solve a problem

  • Experience supporting applications requiring high availability

  • Experience with certificate management

  • Experience with financial industry

  • Experience with vulnerability remediation in the Microsoft Windows environment

Potential Salary: $109,600.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

Visit us at Under the direction of the Quality System Site Manager, this position will be responsible for the continuing contribution and support of the site administration and management of quality systems such as Management Review, Global Change Control, Global Application Change Control, and Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPA). Follow-up with applicable departments to ensure compliant and timely completion of CR activities * Management Review and NC Analysis. Lead NC Analysis and Management Review process for business and site levels; including tracking and trending of quality performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up on action items * Analyzes, reports, and acts on quality systems data, looking for trends and lead review process with management * Lead, and conduct the streamlining and standardization of JJVC quality systems * Analyzes, and continuously identifies efforts to improve linkages of quality systems including: Nonconformance's (NC), Root Cause Investigations (RCI), Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPA), Change Control, data review boards and site management reviews, Validation, and Risk Management * Examines systems, processes, and standards to identify areas for review, change, or elimination.
