You will be responsible for The Trade Desk's global collaboration productivity toolset with focus on Office 365, Zoom, Slack and associated applications. The position will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of those tools - ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

We are looking for someone that is comfortable working in an IT systems shop dedicated to interoperability, scale, and availability across the entire suite of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with a passion for hands-on involvement in technology and a drive to explore and implement innovative solutions. Position level will commensurate with candidate experience level.

What you'll do:

  • Administers, maintains, and is responsible for:

  • Enterprise Application management of hosted solutions.

  • Configuring and managing Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.

  • Understand and leverage Coreview functionality.

  • Collaboration systems administration and automation (Unified Communications, Hosted Email, Cloud File Management, Meeting Room Collaboration and Print/Scan solutions).

  • Slack Enterprise Grid & Workspace Management.

  • Zoom Platform - Meetings and Webinars, Rooms, Telephony, Digital whiteboards

  • Investigate, test, and recommend existing collaborative tools or innovative technologies.

  • Contributes as a technical project resource for global Collaboration solutions across a mixed Windows, Linux, and MacOS (cloud and on-prem).

  • Participates in security incident response processes and activities as appropriate.

  • Leverages best practices approach towards projects, implementations, and issue resolution; ability to provide status updates and reports.

  • Creates and maintains efficient documentation for IT Standards, Policies, Procedures, and Knowledgebase.

  • Operationalize processes that can be performed by the Operations Team.

  • Provides tier-3 support as needed.

  • Maintains a high quality of support to ensure effective productivity for the management, established employees, and future THE TRADE DESK team members.

  • Maintains a high level of communication and positive professional relations with our current and/or future vendors and suppliers.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT field or equivalent years of related experience.

  • 5-7+ years of experience managing multi-site hybrid on-premises Active Directory/Azure AD & best practice, replication management, group policy objects, Intune configuration profiles, federation, and business continuity.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of cybersecurity concepts.

  • Demonstrate understanding of email and security management and protocols including:

  • MAPI, SMTP, IMAP, POP3.

  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

  • Firewalls and gateways.

  • Email security best practices including spam filtering, URL filtering, anti-spoofing.

  • 5-7+ years experience as an MS Office 365 engineer with a focus on advanced administrative tasks.

  • Heavy scripting language experience with PowerShell, bash, python, or JS.

  • Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.

  • Strong experience and demonstrated knowledge of Zoom Meetings, Zoom Voice, and Slack Enterprise Grid

  • Basic understanding of REST API framework and authentication.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Highly desirable skills/experience:

  • Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity fundamentals, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).

  • Immediate experience administering, configuring, and managing email security with specific knowledge of Mimecast or similar security applications.

  • Access Automation and/or SCIM provisioning (Bettercloud, Okta, Conditional Access, or similar technology).

  • 3- 5 years of cloud-based SSO experience with Azure AD or similar IDP technology.

  • 3-5 years of experience, in endpoint Management Tools (JAMF, Intune/Autopilot, ninja

One, Oomnitza, Code42).

  • Enterprise Azure Subscription Management and RBAC best practices.

  • Experience supporting global teams.

  • Experience with the ITIL framework in a SOX regulated environment.

Availability Requirements:

  • Attendance: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.

  • Regular Hours: Must be regularly available and willing to work at least 8 hours per day, five days per week, or such other hours per day or hours per week as we determine are necessary or desirable to meet business needs. In-office attendance is required Tues-Thurs with work from home Monday and Friday.

  • After hours, weekends and holidays: Must be available and willing to work from time to time to meet critical business needs.

  • On-site Requirement: Must perform duties onsite, except those job duties which are customarily or by their nature performed offsite (such as meetings, deliveries to designated destinations, or training.)

  • Will be required to carry a company-funded smart phone and expected to respond to urgent calls promptly.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$84,600-$155,100 USD
