The ability to include responsibility for technology ranging from office location interconnectivity, specialized Optical equipment architecture for customer site installations and support of the production / development Azure cloud environment as part of an extended team. The ideal candidate is a self-starting professional with solid technical and communication skills and the drive for continuous improvement as DigitalOptometrics continues to grow. Hands-on skills is a must.

Skills Required:  Technical Experience Required: o Azure Cloud Infrastructure Network VM's Storage Security Application Gateways (Azure and Cloudflare) WebApp DevOps Processes Azure services and tools o Windows Operating Systems Antivirus Office 365 administration Server Backup support Imaging o PC / Server Hardware o Cabling / Wiring o Networking to include:  Serial, USB, Ethernet and Wireless connectivity o Website Certificate Installation and Maintenance o Troubleshooting / Diagnostic skills o Optical equipment experience a plus  Partner with Business, Application Development, Infrastructure and Service Desk teams o Partner with business to determine technology and process improvement needs regarding customer site installations o Understand customer office environment and provide design needs for technology standards o Work with the DigitalOptometrics business teams to architect and design new solutions by incorporating the latest technologies o Provide 3 rd level support for the customer site Installation Teams o Provide 3 rd level support for DigitalOptometrics Service Desk team Job Posted by ApplicantPro
