3+ years of experience with systems engineering
Experience with direct client interaction
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of the practical application of engineering, science, and technology
Ability to communicate effectively
Active Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with analytical and conceptual expertise to create original concepts and theories
Experience with technology design and adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs
Experience with activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques
Experience with Agile-based software development techniques and methodologies
Ability to convert customer or product requirements into total system solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule, and cost constraints logically and systematically
Ability to perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
Ability to apply the concept of operations set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, and construction of information systems across a major sector of an organization
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
