The Information Technology (IT) Analyst supports the technical and functional operation of the TruStone Credit Union (Credit Union) applications and core system related third party interfaces and modules. The primary objectives for this position are: ensuring all Enterprise applications and Epysis related third party interfaces and modules are working reliably, effectively and efficiently; ensuring data integrity; maintaining proper security to prevent unauthorized access and processing; testing and validating systems upgrades; and ensuring systems operational processes are occurring timely and accurately. Communicates effectively with the IT Team, end-users and 3rd party vendors. Safeguards member information while maintaining total confidentiality at all times.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of job-related experience.

  • Meridian Link, or equivalent work experience.

  • eSign and Epysis experience, preferred.

  • Previous Windows Server administration experience, preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.

  • Proven ability to analyze and define problems and design and implement appropriate solutions.

  • Strong and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong, efficient project management skills.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.

  • Maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.

  • Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various background checks.

  • Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

HOURS: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with occasional after-hours work due to system maintenance.

In this high visibility role, the Senior Project Engineer will coordinate and report on a cross-functional design team of hardware, software, and test engineers. The Senior Project Engineer will have direct responsibility for management & development activities associated with the project budget, detailed Microsoft Project Schedule, individual work packages, earned value reporting of SPI and CPI, as well as technical reporting of metrics on key project activities associate with IADS products. The Senior Project Engineer is also responsible for documenting various program activities such as risk and opportunity management, earned value, resource management, and capture and closure of action items. Position will be located in Burnsville, MN and will will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Relocation assistance is available. Primary Responsibilities: * Confidently provide clear, concise communications with peers and Collins leadership. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects and suggest appropriate adjustments to ensure adherence to the established project plan, schedule, and budget. * Record and document delays, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or schedule to ensure smooth project operations. * Identify project risks, opportunities and mitigation plans for impacted projects. * Pursue cost saving opportunities to maximize project profitability. * Perform critical path analysis; prepare and implement work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects. * Conduct meetings and consolidate and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project. * Identify and react to project problems and recommend solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications. * Direct all phases of the project from inception through completion. * Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines. * Liaise between project management and planning, project teams, and production line management. * Review project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare reports. * Manage and coordinate hardware and software development configurations throughout the engineering process. * Monitor and assess project issues; develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. * Direct the work of employees assigned on projects in technical development activities. * Establish design work scope content for concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product development, integration, and test. * Meet program schedules and budgets; maintain the integrated master schedules for the project. * Coordinate HW & SW equipment modifications throughout the development process. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) ) and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR * Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR * In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required * Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder Preferred Qualifications: * Progressive technical and leadership responsibility on electronic development and integration programs * Understanding of RTCA DO-178, RTCA DO-254, and RTCA DO-160 requirements * Experience with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) * Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role.
