Responsibilities & Duties
1.Strategy & Planning
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with PMO
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project team and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Act as subject matter expert in IT business application implementations and support
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Supply status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Define system success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout system applications build process.
Provide project post mortem information and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Develop best practices and tools for system implementation and support.
Provide second level support to core related applications and systems
2.Acquisition & Deployment
Estimate the resources and participants needed for system applications builds.
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Initiate vendor demonstrations for new and revised system applications.
Initiate vendor SOWs.
Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with PMO
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in system scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
4.Comply with the Bank's security program, including but not limited to:
Review and comply with the End-User Computing Agreement
Acquire good knowledge on functions and usage of computer systems as related to the assigned job functions.
Be current and knowledgeable in industry's trend in safeguarding the Bank against confidential data leak, identity theft, fraudulent activities, and computer security threats.
Reports suspicious activities to manager, Chief Risk Officer or Information Security Officer.

o Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.

o Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including middle management, clients, and other departments.

Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Ability to interpret and implement an extensive variety of instructions in diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
